The emu business at Banbury Farm is owned and operated by Michael Banbury.
Emu meat is a great-tasting red meat that is high in protein and yet is low in fat, cholesterol and calories. Emu meat has a texture and taste similar to beef and can be used in any recipe that calls for beef.
Today’s health conscious consumers are discovering emu meat. It is an excellent alternative for those who love the taste of traditional red meat, but desire lower cholesterol, fat and calories. At Banbury Farm our emus are raised without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones.
All our meat products are prepared and packaged by a certified butcher. Fillets, ground and occasionally pepperettes are available.
